How do you charge for this service?
This depends on how many pets you have and how often you would like us to perform this unpleasant task for you. Initially, there will be a onetime charge for light, moderate or heavy feces buildup. Cash will be required for the initial clean up plus one month’s service. Thereafter checks will be accepted.
We are available five days a week and will schedule according to your needs. Typically, our most popular schedule is once a week. If you have more than one dog, we recommend service twice a week.
We also provide special one-time cleanings for special occasions when you want your yard smelling clean.
Community health organizations recommend that feces should not be left on the ground for more than seven days.
After we leave each location, we thoroughly clean our tools and shoes with disinfectants to ensure that animals and property are always protected.
Yes. Try to let us know far enough in advance so that we may adjust our routes. If we were not notified in time to adjust your prepaid monthly invoice, the canceled service days will be credited to you on your next month’s invoice.
All service is prepaid a month at a time. A1 Pooper Scooper requires cash for the initial cleanup and the 1st month’s service. Thereafter statements will be mailed to you mid month and all payments are due on the 1st of each month
In order for your service not to be interrupted or discontinued, all received checks must clear before your next service period.
Your checks may be mailed, paid by PayPal or just simply provide a check for us when we come.
